Finding the perfect ring size can be a bit tricky, especially as ring sizes are named and measured differently across the globe. To simplify the process, I’ve provided an international ring size conversion chart below. This chart is designed to help you easily translate your ring size into the UK format, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your jewellery.

The chart includes United Kingdom sizes from F½ to Z+2, along with corresponding sizes for Europe, the United States, and Japan. Tips for Measuring your Ring Size at Home

Use a String or a Strip of Paper

Wrap a non-elastic string or thin strip of paper around the base of your finger. Be sure not to pull it too tight - leave enough room for comfort. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler. Match the measurement to the circumference listed in the chart to find your size.

Consider the Size of Your Knuckles

If your knuckles are larger than the base of your finger, ensure the size you choose will comfortably pass over the knuckle without being too loose on the finger. If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, you may require sizing accessories or sizing beads.

In-Person Sizing with a Jeweller

Nothing beats the accuracy of professional sizing. I recommend visiting a jeweller to have your fingers measured in person for the most precise fit. If you’d like to schedule a visit, get in touch with me to arrange a time to have your fingers professionally sized.

Account for Finger Swelling

Fingers can swell due to temperature changes or time of day. Measure your size at a comfortable room temperature, preferably in the evening when your fingers are likely at their largest.

Ensuring your ring fits perfectly is essential for comfort and enjoyment. A well-fitting ring stays securely on your finger without feeling too tight or loose. Additionally, it can help prevent unnecessary resizing, preserving the design and structure of your jewellery. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about sizing or need assistance.
