Bianca O'Neill Jewellery Terms & Conditions

When you place an order or browse my website (www.biancaoneill.com), you’re agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These are here to make everything clear and fair. If you have any questions, just email me at biancaoneillart@gmail.com.

Using My Website

Everything on this site is for general information only. I do my best to keep things accurate and up to date, but I might update content, images, or pricing without notice. I’m not responsible for any losses that might occur from relying on outdated info or if the website is unavailable for a time.

Payments

Payments are processed securely using Wix Payments, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. I don’t see or store your card details — all transactions are encrypted for your safety.

If you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer or cash for a local order or bespoke piece, just email me and I’ll try to accommodate.

Copyright and Ownership

All designs, photos, and content on this website belong to me (unless otherwise credited). You’re welcome to view and share links, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse any of my work without permission - that includes jewellery designs and imagery.

If you think something on my site infringes your copyright or intellectual property, let me know and I’ll look into it right away.

Bespoke Orders

When you commission a bespoke piece from me, I’ll start by discussing your ideas and sketching out a design proposal. This includes an estimated timeline and cost. Once we agree on the final design, I’ll ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit before beginning work. The remaining balance is due once your piece is finished.

Quotes are estimates and may change if more time is needed, extra materials are required, or the scope shifts significantly. I’ll always let you know before making any changes, and I may decline changes that move too far from the agreed design.

If you’d like to include your own stones in a piece, I’m happy to — but please note I can’t take responsibility for accidental damage or loss. I handle them with care, but they’re irreplaceable, and I want you to know the risks.

Once your bespoke piece is complete and fully paid for, you own the jewellery — but I keep the rights to the design itself. I may use images of it for my portfolio or social media unless you ask me not to.

Because bespoke work is made just for you, I don’t accept returns once work has started. Cancelling after design approval means you’ll lose your deposit, as I’ll have already started sourcing materials or planning the build.

If your jewellery needs cleaning, polishing, or refinishing later down the line, I’m happy to offer that as an additional service.

Returns

For standard product returns (non-bespoke), please see my Returns & Exchanges Policy.
