These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and any purchase made from Bianca O’Neill Jewellery (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on this site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
All jewellery is handmade in small batches using recycled sterling silver and related materials.
We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. However:
Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings
Handmade items will show natural variation in texture and finish
Measurements are approximate
Product descriptions may be updated at any time without notice.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation email.
Because items are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once work has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify and approved payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only.
Orders are typically made and dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been dispatched.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, product designs, logos, and branding — is the property of Bianca O’Neill Jewellery and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Shopify powers our online store, but all purchases are made directly with Bianca O’Neill Jewellery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bianca O’Neill Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products purchased, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
