Bespoke Commissions

Payment of the deposit for bespoke commissions indicates acceptance of these terms:

The commission process starts with an initial consultation to discuss your requirements and preferences. Once we have a clear understanding, we will create a design proposal for your approval. This proposal will always include a sketch, an estimated timeline for completion, an estimated cost, and any additional information required.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission once the final design is agreed upon. This deposit allows us to begin work on your bespoke piece. The remaining 50% balance, along with any additional costs for modifications or changes, is due upon completion of the piece.

Please note that the quotes we provide are estimates based on the information available at the time. These quotes can be subject to change for reasons such as unexpected additional time required, issues relating to refining customers own metals, or additional requests or modifications. We reserve the right to refuse modifications that significantly deviate from the original agreed-upon design. What constitutes a significant change will be determined by Bianca O'Neill Jewellery.

Customers own stones can be included in bespoke designs. While every effort will be made to ensure your stones are protected while in our possession, we do not take responsibility for accidental damage, and or loss of stones.

Once the piece is completed and the final payment is made, you will become the owner of the bespoke jewellery only. Bianca O'Neill Jewellery retains the copyright of the design and may use images of the piece for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations made after the design approval and commencement of work will result in forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable deposit. As each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun. Bianca O'Neill Jewellery does not accept returns on bespoke work.

Proper care and maintenance are essential to ensure the longevity and beauty of your jewellery. Sterling silver will be susceptible to tarnish. Bianca O'Neill Jewellery can offer re-finishing and re-polishing services should these be desired, but will incur additional charges.
